World painter map

I started work on a world painter map but cannot finish it. Can someone help me? here is a screen shot of how i would like it to look:

blue is water
yellow is a pine forest
grey is the path (gaps are were towns will go)
orange is a mound for a castle.
feel free to add stuff and to change stuff around.
Pls help!
