Worldpainter wanted!

Hello, i am wanting to make a map that takes place in Vancouver, Canada but cannot find a way to create the terrain of said place to build my map upon. I have searched for many ways to take height maps from Google earth and build from them, but to no avail.

I request the help of an experienced world-painter to take on my quest of creating Vancouver's terrain (including roads) as close to 1:1 scale as possible (or bigger). If someone can do this for me i will be very grateful. Thanks.
