This yearly championship is your chance to showcase your skin-making skills in an electrifying contest. Season 3 is heating up with participants from all over, eager to climb the ranks on the player bracket. Whether you're a seasoned creator or diving in for the first time, this is the perfect platform to let your imagination shine. With a surprise theme revealed at the beginning of each week, you’ll face fresh challenges to create something truly unique and stand out among the best.

Rules
1. Have fun!
2. No copying from other players, looking at their skins for ideas is okay, but not using their ideas.
3. The skins must be directly related to the theme, anything other will be disqualified.
4. No joining after week 1 starts, redemption weeks in future seasons.
5. Good sportsmanship.
6. You must vote for everyone's skin but you can not vote for your own and your competition.
7. Full HD skins, or any skin resolution besides the normal one is forbidden and will be given warning before being disqualified from the round if done.

  When you are posting a skin, next to the publish button, it say publish as..., when clicking the drop down menu that says your name, you should be able to find the group name in it. If you have been in many jams or groups, this list will be long. Make sure you choose the one saying, "Group | SkinCraft Smackdown." After choosing that, click publish and it should be posted to this group. I will deal with the rest and yes it's fine if it is also entered in a jam.

FAQs

How does SCS work?
SCS is built around weekly challenges. At the start of each week, a new theme will be revealed, and contestants will have one week to design and submit their skins. Submissions are judged based on creativity, originality, and how well they fit the theme. As the competition progresses, players advance on the bracket, continuing in the ultimate smackdown to crown the season’s champion.
Why should I join?
Whether you’re an experienced designer or a new skinner, SCS offers a unique opportunity to push your creative limits, gain popularity for your work, and compete against the best of the best.
How can I join?
If you want to join the contest, privately message me CeloBello saying you want to join with the contest name or join the group and I will send you an invite.
What is the registration deadline?
The registration deadline will be October 25, 2026, when the competition will start.
What do I get if I win?
If you win, you will get invited to the winners group where every 4 season will battle it out to be the glorious champion.
How do I enter a skin?
A jam will be made for each week and you will be invited to it to post your skin.
Can I request a theme?
Yes, you can! If you would like to request on a theme you can go to the forum page and comment on what you want.
What is the voting criteria?
The voting criteria is what you think yourself is the better one of the two skins, the one you like the best you must choose on the poll. Just remember that you vote based off of the theme.
How often are the seasons?
The next season will happen every year at the same time as the previous one.
