    How do I join?
    You can just ask in the guest book! As long as you're polite, you'll be accepted
    Do I have to be a fan of the cottagecore aesthetic to join?
    Nope! If you enjoy a similar aesthetic, appreciate this one without being a fan, or have some other reason you'd like to be a member, you're welcome to join
    Can I become a mod?
    Currently, MissShroom ,The_urban_witch and I (violiie) have moderator privileges, and considering this is a small group, we don't need any more at the moment. If this group becomes larger, I will begin looking for another mod, but until then that position is closed.
    Do I have to make posts to stay in the group?
    Nope! This group is just for people with an appreciation for this type of content, so if you'd rather just look at whatever other people are posting, you're welcome to stay
    What sort of content is permitted for this group?
    You are allowed to post anything with cottagey vibes. for instance: skins, drawings, images, poems, stories, book recommendations, show/ movie recommendations

    Any posts are welcome as long as they:
    • Are not targeted as hate toward ANYONE
    • Do not contain profanity without an appropriate warning
    • Do not contain any explicit content (an exception would be if it is contained within a source outside of pmc such as a google doc, wattpad, etc. You will still need an appropriate warning)
    • Do not break any pmc rules
    Can I be kicked out of the group?
    Yes, but only under these conditions (you will receive a warning and a second chance before you are kicked):

    • You have violated a post rule
    • You are spreading hate
    • You are causing drama within the group or about it
    • You are making other members uncomfortable
    If you are kicked from the group, please don't ask to return. As much as I love giving people a lot of chances, these are easy rules to follow. As I previously mentioned, you already do get a second chance after I've given you a warning, so just act wisely with that privilege and you should be fine
    Is this a safe place for all people?
    I'll do my best to ensure that it is! If I see anything happening within this group that targets anyone in a harmful way, I will do what I can to shut that down immediately
    What about politics/ religion in this group?
    According the the pmc rules, groups should not be based around politics or religion. I don't know where either would even come in with this group, but as long as you aren't trying to force any beliefs on others, including something like that should be fine

    (ex. sharing a picture of a religious building that you feel has a cottagey design is perfectly fine, but forcing a belief within this group is not)
    How do I upload content to this group?
    If you are a member of this group, the following drop down menu should appear near the bottom of your screen when you are uploading content:
    You can select this group and then when you publish it, that content will post here instead of on your page
