One Mob - Mobs Redone

Create your own rendition of any Minecraft mob.
Wether you're slightly tweaking the mob or completely redoing it, submit it in this jam
and compete against other PMC-ers.

Rules:

1. You may only change ONE mob (changing variants of the same mob is accepted [​eg. the Hot and Cold strider])
2. You must change a mob and only a mob <--- Read rule 3 (maybe I should just say what you can change??)
3. (what you can change) Sounds, mob variations, models, textures, particles, language files (to change the name that shows in game) and other related item textures (eg. for pigs you can change a carrot on a stick or any of their mob drops)

Please note:
- Your submission does not have to be compatible with vanilla Minecraft - It can require Optifine if you need.
- You will not be able to edit your submission during the voting period
