Entries can't be updated during the judge phase.
41 day entry period.
2 day review phase after the entry period.
5% of entries ranked as finalists.
3 day voting phase on finalists after the review period.

1. Must have something creepy
   Something such as suicide mouse.avi, sonic.exe, slender man, or any of the Trevor hendersons and etc
   Rated 1 to 10
2. Must look good
   Has to be creepy and be good and scary like the creepypastas
   Rated 1 to 9

   Give it character make it 3d
