-Put the tag "balloonmaskjam" on your skin, please! :3
-You are allowed to change the skin as long as it is still recognizable
-Only use the Alex (No HD) skin model (Sorry -w-)
-Opacity is allowed, just don't turn the entire thing into a transparent phantom
(Subject to change)
