Organic - Build Competition

Welcome all!



This ranked build competition has a very broad theme: Organic. This can be interprited in many ways, but for the scope of this competition, it has everything to do with things that are alive or in nature, such as plants and animals (humans too). These organisms can be fictitious or real.

Build ideas:

-Japanese Garden

-Dark Forest

-Ancient Dinosaur Bones

-Beached Killer Whale

-Jack-O-Lantern

-Curious Alien Visitor

-Evil Flora

-Mushroom Kingdom

-Fire-breathing Dragon

-Realistic Sunflower Field

-Sunbathing Sea Creature

-Modern Human

-Singing Songbird

-Wise Old Tree

These are just a few ideas off the top of my head that would perfectly incorporate the theme. If you choose to incorporate a man-made structure in your build, that is okay! BUT what you will be ranked on is the use of organics in your build. Please keep this in mind.


The possibilities are endless with this one, so get creative and have fun! The jam is open until this Saturday. If you want to become a judge, just indicate so in the Jam guest book.

Ranked by Judges - Only members of the jam assigned with judging permission can vote.
Entries can't be updated during the judge phase.
6 day entry period.
1 day voting phase after the entry period.

   Does your build reflect the theme of the jam?
   Rated 1 to 5
2. Design/Creativity
   Is your build unique and does it stand out?
   Rated 1 to 5
3. Effort/Execution
   Does your build show time and effort?
   Rated 1 to 5
4. Color Palate
   Do the colors/materials make sense together? Is it pleasing to look at?
   Rated 1 to 5
5. Presentation
   Is the final presentation (screenshot/render) shown in a pleasing way? Is the subject of the build shown clearly?
