rule 2. make obscure characters, so no popular characters like reimu hakurei, marisa kirisame, youmu konpaku, mima and etc. you can only make characters that don't have that many skins of them on the internet. (planet minecraft, skindex, skinseed etc.) for example, (you don't have to make these characters for this jam ((you can if you want to though)), they're just examples) seija kijin, eika ebisu, hisami yomotsu, aunn komano, prismriver sisters and etc etc.
you can make pc-98 characters, just not the popular ones like the protags (reimu and marisa), mima and sariel, the more underappreciated ones, the ones you don't see that much of, of course.
rule 3. just make 2hu skins.

1st place reward.
the person who gets 1st place gets to request one skin made by me, you can request anything you want in any model size and any res as long as it's nothing weird and or problematic/controversial.
2nd place reward.
the person who gets 2nd place will have all of their skins given diamonds and favorites. (using my pmc alt for this action)
3rd place reward.
the person who gets 3rd place will be given just diamonds and favorites for half of their skins. (using my pmc alt for this action) gey
