Rated 1 to 3 - Clear purpose
How easy it is to see its purpose and function without needing explanation
Rated 1 to 5 - Complexity
How intricate the circuit/contraption is—how many bells and whistles it has. This is given one star per clear special feature/function.
Rated 1 to 10 - Neatness
How appealing it looks. An good example is a piston door that is fully flush and cannot see any redstone versus redstone being wide-open.
Rated 1 to 5 - Interactability
How easy the build is to control/interact with—use of it and knowing how to.
