• You can make a skin of anything in any rpg maker horror game (This includes non-human characters).
  
  
• Thriller games such as Ib and Yume Nikki count.
  
  
• You can make character from a fan game, such as Urotsuki. But OCs are not allowed.
  
  
• If you really wanted to, you could make a character from Undertale as long as it's a genocide route character such as Chara. You can not make skins of EX characters.
  
  
• Obscure characters from obscure games are allowed.

• If you are making a non-human character mark their name in red
  
  
  
• If you are making a character from a fan game mark the skin name in purple

Basic Summary

Ranked by Members - All members level 5+ can vote.
Entries can't be updated during the judge phase.
30 day entry period.
10 day voting phase after the entry period.

3. Must have character's name in title
   Rated 1 to 7
4. Must have name of the game in description
