1. Judging and rules
   Skins must be detailed and stay to true official art.

   Can be fan made or original.
   Rated 1 to 10
3. Has to actually look good. ( you know what we mean... )
   Basically I'm saying don't make it look dumb.
   Rated 1 to 8
4. Has to follow the rules of jam. ( obviously)
   Read the about section.
   Rated 1 to 10
5. No solid/scribbled colors. Blah blah blah. You know.
   Can't be just a solid color, scribbles and ect.
   Rated 1 to 5
