For me, the cooldowns make fighting mobs a chore. I don't want to have to fully commit just so one zombie will leave me alone. Later on, zombie pigmen swarms will be a nightmare, as will blazes. It just feels very gimmicky. I will admit that the Elytra Wings are well done, but I dont think I would have many uses for them without some kind of launch pad, which I would need a mod for. If I have to get a mod, why not just get a modpack with all the cool stuff and none of what I dont like? Mods will be superior in my opinion, and I probably will only update so I can mess around with friends who only play Vanilla.

Also, no offense OP, but you are very biased towards your own ideas. Maybe try seeing things from others' perspectives?

There is a little gem called Last Exile that you might enjoy. 26 episodes, story driven and demonstrates wonderful animation in an awesome world. Check it out, you wont regret it.

Back on topic, however, I feel that while life in the U.S might not change all that much, its the morals and knowledge of change thats driving people away. People dontlike where they think the country is heading.

Buy admin for a faster and better experience? Subscriptions for free stuff?
Donation for op items. How nice. Bad enough that its Factions MCMMO just like the billions out there, but there is nothing unique about it.
If you want people to join, you need to spend a little more time on the server and the description.

I have experience in staffing from the following servers:
Youraidcraft & PK: Admin, and eventually Head Admin
Hope of Exile: Owner
Smackvilla: Moderator
Helper, moderator, and eventually admin on a server i forgot the name of.

I love to help others out in dealing with problems. I like to see people having fun and hate it when they complain of bad staff. I would do my best to see everyone given a fair chance at everything, with no "special priority". No op drops, no free tp's and no free bases.

I like to see a server running smoothly, and love to be part of the management. I am mature and level headed, and don't have prejudices. People say im easy to get along with, and i hope you find that true.

Even if i don't get chosen, id love to see what server you've built!
