I made a texture pack that changes fences to walls (wood walls). I will be making quality of life add-on packs like this every now and then. If you'd like to see anything made, feel free to request in the comment.

A little update on what I've been working on: I'm starting a new town called Coalbrook based on Ironbridge, Shropshire, along with the industrial area called Coalport and Dale End based on the area around the gorge. As of now, every other projects is put to a temporary stop (or maybe permanent) until this town is finished. As for Heptonstall, it's been halted due to the lack of good planning and some other reasons, but some of the assets will be used in Coalbrook too.

Nice, will be good to see some more industrial areas on the server. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with Krista

I moved my castle to a new terrain yesterday. While doing that I realised I didn't do a very good job texturing it at all. So, I decide to do it all over again, with much better skill now and a little help from the shader. Here it is currently, what do you think?

That looks like a perfect 1:1 recreation of that!

Looks absolutely stunning, perfectly matches the real castle!

I will be taking a break from Heptonstall for a month or two. I feel like I need to get that town settled a bit more in terms of planning and inspirations. Right now nothing feels 100% to me and I'm having to redo multiple areas.

In the meanwhile, I'll be working on a little southern village, another castle, and a new stately home. Will be posting progress here once in a while.

Decided to change the posting schedule a bit. Posting every single thing in the town seems a bit odd. I won't be posting filler buildings anymore. Only stuff with some significance lore or stuff that look very cool will be posted. With that I now have a lot less content, so from one per day it will be more like one per several days or one week.

I've spent quite some time researching information to write for the lore. The built year and its exact style was especially hard to determine for a filler builds. That's another reason :(

Will be posting one building per day starting today. I think this is a good amount of workload. And in case I take a break from building this town, I have 30+ buildings currently sitting in stock, so I should be able to pump out post daily (hopefully).

    Great! Sounds like a plan!

Woo! first wall post from me :D

A little update on the town I'm working on, Heptonstall. I've spent the best part of June doing a lot of planning, mostly just going back and forth in my head and stuff. But I'm happy with everything now and have just started the first actual part of the town, yay! Once these buildings are decorated in the back, I'll be posting every single one of them, one by one, with lore and stuff too!
