Performance differences between PC and console - and how much money it would cost to fill that difference gap - varies hugely from game to game. Luckily for all of us Minecraft works great on both platforms!
We have a huge player base for Minecraft vita in Japan I believe. I am not sure why other developers are ignoring it. I own one and play quite a lot of ps1 games on it due to the lack of newer games. Nice machine though.
