Cave spiders and regular spiders are immune to poison, so they wouldn't be affected by the bees. Cave spiders don't even have the NBT required to aggro onto other mobs (bees will attack any UUID that they're programmed to, however in regular gameplay this will only be players). Since bees deal 1 heart of damage per attack (then die), it would take at least 6 bees per spider, or 2 hives. So in practice neither would win, but bees would get the most kills.

From a look at the code, cave spiders aren't affected by poison, nor are regular spiders. Cave spiders do not have the NBT required for them to target arbitrary mobs; they can only target players, so they would not be able to fight against the bees.

Bees are affected by poison, though like any other mob, they only get down to half a heart. They deal 1 heart of damage for their initial attack, so you'd need six bees to kill a spider.

For these reasons, bees would win as long as they outnumber the spiders by at least 6x, and any less would result in a stalemate.

Depends on what you're mining. For netherite, beds are the best method, but if you just want to clear out a large area, a tnt duper would be faster than a wooden pickaxe.

Lorewise, oxygen might be an issue, but players in creative can't drown so it seems quite arbitrary to me. The void doesn't actually "have" void air in it, the game just treats blocks above and below the height limit (and in unloaded chunks) as that block. The game never saves it to the region files, unless you manually place it.

Hacking would imply the use of a custom client or someone gaining admin access to your server. What likely happened is you were using a server hosting company that reuses IPs or ports, this user may have been going through the IPs finding people to grief.
