Gargoyle, get a program called Sandboxie, it runs any program you choose in its only little box, and the program cannot get out of this box. this way the program, assuming it's a virus, cant do anything to your PC, but can stilll install, save, etc, in its little box.
But, i doubt this is a virus, howwver, i run everything sandboxed! (YOu can run your browser in a sandbox, then everything you download is automatically in one too!)
