When did you first play Minecraft, how often do you play? - I first played Minecraft in the beginning of beta 1.8, and I'm on almost every day.

Have you ever been banned or temp banned on another server? - I have never been banned.

What is your previous experience in any type of moderation? - I had been Moderator on a server for a very long time, and I actually worked my way up to Admin, but the server got shut down due to lack of funds. I also have had many private servers that I installed plugins and put ranks on, but they were mostly for friends.

How many hours can you contribute per day? - 2-6 hours.

What advice would you give someone who had to deal with people younger than them? - If they were being annoying to other players, and you had the essentials plugin, I would tell them to use the /ignore command. If you didn't I would tell the person that is being annoyed to to tell the person annoying them to please stop, and if they continued, I would tell them to just ignore the player, and try not to be mean.

Are you able to record? - No I am not, Sorry.

Anything else we should know? - I enjoy building, but I only mostly build spawns and stuff like that.

Why do you want to be a staff member?:
I would like to be staff because i am looking for a server that i can be dedicated on. It looks like it is a good opportunity for me to gain experience being staff. I love playing kitpvp and know the works of running a kitpvp server. The server looks very professional and by the way of applications it looks like you care very much about your staff which attracts me even more. I also love being in a fun community and this server looks like it will deliver that.

Why choose you over everyone else? Why do you stick out?:
I am funny and nice and like to have fun but when it comes down to business i can be very mature. I also am very welcoming and nice to new staff members or people that are new to the server. I am experienced with running a server and know the work that goes into keeping it up. I have some good experience with plugins and confining them. That is why i believe i am a good fit for your server.

How can you positively impact the server?:
I have experience with running servers and commands for servers. I can make the server a good experience for everyone that joins. I am good with coming up with new ideas to help improve the server and peoples experience. I will try my best to be active and make sure people have fun. I think that i will help positively impact the server.

What experience do you have with moderating/leadership?:
I have owned my own kitpvp server and know what goes into it. i have also been a head admin on a factions server that has since been shut down. I have been a head mod on a server and know what it takes to manage a group. I know the commands that come with just about every group on a server. I have also been a manager in real life at mcdonalds.

Do you have experience with plugins? If so, which?:
yes i know quite a few plugins in minecraft. I know a lot about pex and groupmanager. I know how to config feather-board and make it look cool. I know how to setup essentials and make the chat look cool and professional. I also know how to config votifier, automsg, and more!

If a player started harassing other players, what would you do?
I would let them know with a warning or mute. If they continued to make more trouble i would kick them. now if they keep harassing i would ban them for a short time and then a long time if continued. now after all that if they persisted i would then ip ban them. that is the way i would go about it if a player was harassing another player.
