I'll chime in (speaking only for myself)! In my experience, tons of today's mods and ports have 1.19.2 and 1.20.1 compatibility, yet are missing 1.19.4. compatibility. Generally, it appears support for 1.19.4 is not popular with many (if not most) devs. Also, I'm in the same boat with my preferred versions being 1.20.1 alone and 1.19.2 with friends.
