Why should we choose you?: I am very community oriented, I like to help wherever I can and further the success of a community in every way I possibly can. I am also very determined, when I set my mind to something, it is very hard to get me to quit.
Making people happy is my number one priority, I compulsively try and make the people around me happy and satisfied. I treat people with respect even if they are not returning any respect back to me.
What is your past experience: I have worked on multiple servers of differing styles, ranging from OP Prison to Factions to Minigames, some of the servers I have worked on in the past include:
DryCraft: A bilingual OP factions server, on DryCraft I held the position of moderator for a while and sometimes developed small utility plugins.(Craftable Spawn Eggs, Chat Clearer, etc)
DescendFactions: A previous server that I used to own, the server never reached over 10 players due to many rule breakers every week and having little to no staff.
Supreme OP Prisons:: An OP prisons server that later turned into a network which at one point had 3-4 servers, it had more than 20-30+ players per day, it peaked around 2:00-3:00 est. On Supreme OP Prison I was a co-owner and it has since shut down due to management issues, it once attempted a revival under the name Deluxe Prison but that had failed and efforts of a future revival were abandoned.
What would you do in these following scenarios:
Note: All of the consequences for these scenarios are capable of escalating to a perma-ban.
Hacker: Watch the player in /v and review what players have reported about the player, if the player is legitimately hacking then I would jail the offender and warm him/her about hacking again. if the same person repeatedly hacked then it would be a temporary-permanent ban depending on how many offenses and what was done.
Spammer: Mute the offender for an hour and give them a warning, if he/she uses /me to bypass the mute then it would be a 5 hour temporary ban.
Scammer: I would review sides of the story from the player that got scammed to the scammer and find out what happened, I would then give the player who got scammer his or her items or currency back and warn the scammer.
Toxic Player: For a toxic player I would attempt to find out why he or she is being toxic and help them fix it, if they refused to cooperate they would get kicked. If the same player came back multiple times and continued to be toxic then it would be a temporary ban, the time the ban would last would vary one how toxic the player was being but usually would be around 1-3 hours.
Anything else we need to know?: Because I am still in high school and sometimes have a large school workload, during those times I would tell the community that I might be absent for a day to do that work and try to be back online as soon as possible.
