Minecraft/Discussion server problem! plz help within 3 days!

Type this into your terminal:
top
Find the minecraft program (should be 3-5 numbers and say minecraft)
kill -9 <program's ID numbers (3-5 number code)>

Yo. I need a bit of some help with picking my server 'theme' (e.g. factions, kitpvp, prison) and I don't know what to pick since there's always that giant group of people who's like 'EWW THAT SERVER IS GROSS JUST BECAUSE IT'S <insert theme here>!!!' So I'm guessing that i should go with prison since I, myself, like prison. What do ya think?
