Maturity Level (1-10): I would rate myself a 7 1/2- 8. This is my rating because I know when and what to do for my job but I can also chat while doing so, which would slow me down a bit. I assure you though, overall, I am pretty mature. If you accept me, you will see for yourself.
Experience with staff plug-ins: I am going to be honest. I don't know what a staff plug-in is. WAIT! I think you mean server plug-in but I also do not have any experience with those whatsoever. This is hard for me to say, I know this lowers my chances, but I only don't know how because my computer doesn't take downloads very well and I'm pretty sure you have to download some stuff for those. I hope you understand.
Banned/Punished On Server: I have not been banned or punished, it is the other way around. People usually know I report whenever anything happens so they message me when they see things.
Time zone: My time zone is the Pacific Time Zone.
Hours Avalible To Be On Server: This may get confusing, so bear with me.
Monday: I am usually on from four pm to 9 pm, unless I have more homework than usual.
Tuesday: 4 pm to 9 pm, same goes for Tuesday.
Wednesday: 3 pm to 9 pm. This day is a bit different since I get out of school early on Wednesdays.
Thursday: 4 pm to 9 pm.
Friday: 4 pm to 10/10:30 pm.
Saturday: I go on my laptop a lot, so 9 am to 10/10:30 pm, unless I am hiking.
Sunday: 9 am to 7 pm. I stop at 7 pm so I can do my weekend homework, since I usual don't have much of it on the weekends.
Note: These are not exact, I obviously would go afk and have interruptions sometimes. Usually, I do not.
Explain Why I Want To Be Mod: I would like to be Mod because I like to help out on servers. I love to feel like I made a difference in a server or anything really. I really love being a helping hand, and I hope I can be if I get accepted. I could go on and on, but that sums it up in a nutshell. I love to be helpful and I love the outcome of it.
What Do I Think I Can Improve: I think I can improve monitoring on your server. Well, not always can a helper, builder, or mod can be online, right? Usually, when I go on servers, there is close to zero staff members online, and it is up to good people on the server that try to keep the spam, and rule breaking levels down. I can improve the rule-breaking issues, and keep the server in place. I will be overlooking the whole server, making sure everyone is not causing a problem. This is what I think I can improve; small issues. They do add up. The spam gets annoying, each small rule-breaking-issue gets a bit bigger each time, you know, that type of stuff.
How You Can Improve: I think you can improve by recognizing the regular players. As a regular player, I know what it feels like to be ignored. On many servers, players are ignored because they are new. We need staff members to recognize this problem and make sure it does not happen to this wonderful server.
Staff Experience: Yes, I actually have. It was a small server, it did not have a name. It was shut down, due to lack of players, and the owner gave up. It was a server with a lot of numbers for the IP. I was well-respected and loved working on it. It only lasted for a few months, though.
Dedicating Time: Of course! I would love to put all the time I have into this server and make it on the list of popular servers. I would not only dedicate my time, I would be glad to! I would love to see this server successful and be apart of the success.
