Bans: Yes, after an abusive staff member thought saying a server wasn't OP factions he thought it was ban worthy.
Experience: Staffing for about 4 years now.
Maturity: I'd say 7/10. My first reason behind this number is i'm not going to lie and say 10/10 like some kids. I think its good to keep a trustworthy relationship with not only the owner but the players.

Why you Need It: I feel I bring years of staff experience to the table. It's imperative that A staff member knows what he or she is doing.
How can you Help: I can help by being on the server in my free time welcoming new players and trying to answer their questions to the best of my ability.
Do you have Good Grammar: I'd say my grammar is good for the most part.
Skype (required for Admin/Mod): My skype has my real name in it, i'll just add you to skype and say my IGN in there.
Time Zone: EST (But i'm on minecraft from 9 am to 9 pm at night).
Plugins/Building: When it comes to plugins I have a vast knowledge of most that are factions related like Auction House, Essentials, McMMO, ETC. My strong suit in permission plugins is Group Manager.
How much will you Dedicate to the Server: Each day I can do about 5 to 6 hours. Most of it depends on what i'm doing that day.

How will you Treat New Players: I'll treat them with a warm welcome and someone to talk to!
How will you Treat Rule-Breakers: I will treat rule-breakers all depending on what they break. If someone is hacking, automatic ban. If someone is spamming i'll either kick or mute. If someone is caught advertising i'd do a Temp ban that last about a week.
