Experience: I've been staff on many servers, lots have all shut down. I know how to run a server, seeing that I've done it multiple times. I can build amazingly as long as I have my toos; Voxelsniper and WorldEdit. But I wouldn't say that I'm good at pixel-art. I can build websites, and I'm hosting a town on a server, too.
