Why is it essential for a Moderator to control his/her emotions?:
Suggestion: If a Moderator cannot control their emotions the problem they are trying to resolve will get worse. Not only will it get worse but it will give the player and server a bad reputation.

How have you been helping the community grow bigger? How will you be helping the server once you're a Moderator? How would you be making the server better?:
I would be making the community grow tremendously for many reasons.
1. I will enforce all rules stated.
2. I will help users get started and enjoy their experience on the server.
3.If any users need help or need to ask any relevant question I will be very helpful and do my best to help them get a answer.
The TOBL Staff team has a huge emphasis on teamwork and synergy. Why do you think that teamwork is essential for staff in an environment like The Outback lands?:
Team work is essential for any server. If the staff did not have team work nothing would ever get resolved, and making it very confusing and difficult for the users playing.
The out back lands gets a lot of moderator applications. What specifically do you think puts you above the rest of the applicants?:
I am very helpful and will go out of my way to make the community a better place for everyone involved.
Why do you think that you will not be picked?: Im am not very close to some of the other staff on this sever, but if I where to become a mod I would be happy to grow a friendship with everyone(:

Hypothetical Questions
Several people in chat are asking for a server restart. They are complaining that there is block lag and they cannot move. You have told them that the server is not experiencing lag at the moment, and that it is probably their internet connection, but you continue to receive PM’s asking for a restart. What do you do?
I would tell them that the server is currently not going trough any lag. I would then try to help them trouble shot their problem with their computer (if the case) via pm.
A player is advertising another server on our server and keeps spamming it what will you do?: I would ban him right away because advertising it not allowed. If he where to come onto the forums I would then consult him to create a ban appeal so I could be able to see his situation.
