I'm pretty sure there were wasteland themed games long before that wasteland mod...So technically I didn't steal it from the mod, I 'stole' it from the inventor of wasteland games. Plus that mod has water above ground, my plan would have no water above ground. The experienced vs new players thing is an issue yes, but here's the thing, any server/gamemode where people have played on for some time usually have an advantage over the new guys no matter what. Like, say I joined a factions server right now, I would be an easier target for the experienced guys since they have overall better loot making it a disadvantage for me to play there.

If I were to go through with it I was actually thinking about hardcore/'custom' mobs and some sort of magic plugin to go with it. So basically, yes.

How Many Hours a Week Are You Willing to Spend on the Server? Every other weekend I have the day off but work later at night. Weekdays I work every day no later than 10 pm, however, Thursdays are my personal days and usually I spend those days (after school) playing games and just chillin' like a villain.

I don't think this would be considered factions since factions is based around raids and such....however I do agree(and love) with the whole stepping outside and you can be killed with no raiding/griefing concept though. I would say it's more of a survival PVP and not a factions thing, just my opinion though!

Apologies I was rushing through it while I was getting ready for work!

    Personality:

Friendly- Quiet (until you get to know me!), always willing to help with whatever to the best of my ability, need some materials for a new sword I'm your guy!

Shy- Due to the years of bullying, I am slow to trust, which is both a weakness and a strength.

Strong-headed- I can be ignorant, but sometimes it's needed!

    Name: James Smithson
    Title: N/A
    Nicknames: Jimmy

    Age: 24

    Gender: Male

Race: Human/Dwarf (if it's ok that I'm half human, half-dwarf)

Strengths & Weakness: Natural blacksmith, fast builder, reliable (most of the time), bullied as a kid for being a half-dwarf (again if its fine I'm half/half), strong, doesn't know when too much is too much or when too little is too little

Appearance: Tall-ish, dark hair (as well as facial hair), long trench coat, nice dark clothes, some armor here and there
    Skin: https://www.planetminecraft.com/skin/the-shifty-tradesman-frontier-edition/ (my own creation)

    Personality:
History: Raised in a human household and always heard stories of his father, the Great Smith. At a young age, he started showing signs of his half dwarf form his father, with this, came to the natural knack for blacksmithing and mining. Although he was proud of his heritage the children at his very short schooling years didn't like it. He was deemed the outcast and was never looked upon as a good thing, picked last, picked on first. He joined the military to help his confidence but was denied due to him being half human half dwarf. So he worked as a plowboy as a black market dealer for several years until he heard of a new land called Morl. He wasn't quite able to get picked so he did the next best thing, he snuck on board without anyone knowing...

    RP Example:

Define Meta-Gaming: strategy based game where outside factors/uncontrolled factors control the
Define Power-Gaming: Playing a game with the aim of progressing without anything to do with the storytelling, atmosphere, etc.

How would your character deal with the following: (Not necessarily in Minecraft)

Someone walks up to you and threatens to steal from you: Try to scare them off by pulling one of my hidden blades (knives, axe, etc.)
Someone requests that you help them get back to a nearby villiage: Point them in the right direction (to the best of my ability), and if so help them there
Your Character finds themselves alone and surrounded by vicious wolves: Grab my trusty axe and hack 'em to bits, a guy needs to eat right?

    Personal Info:
    Age: 16 (17 real soon)
Past Experience: This would be my first heavily interested RP. However, I have done some small like 30 minute RP's in the past.
    Minecraft Account: runtrre

Other: My time would be a bit short due to work, school and I'm setting up a kitpvp server with a couple friends...

No need to apologize! Art takes time and although I'm impatient about many things I understand the time it takes to make art and appreciate those who take their time on it as well as those who take time for themselves.

Could you do my skin with holding emeralds and such with just random crates of gold, iron, etc. in the back ground?
