Age: As of right now, I'm currently fourteen years of age. I'm sorry, I know you were looking for a number above that, but trust me. Aside from the voice, you wouldn't be able to tell me apart from the most mature 30 year old man. And trust me. I am very mature. I apologies once again for not being the required age.
Skype: I do not have a Skype, and I prefer to keep it that way. Reason for that being I don't like communicating through Skype, for I find it a waste of time, I get spammed with Hackers. I apologize for this inconvenience, but if it's strongly/highly recommended, I'll setup a Skype, just for that reason though. But let me warn you, I have a broken microphone, so it doesn't work and I'll only be-able to communicate through chat. Once again, my apologies for the inconvenience.
Name: My name is Ryan. A little introduction to myself, I am in 8th grade, 9th next year, and I enjoy playing minecraft. I started playing Minecraft in the year, 2011. So when I was 10. But after 2 years of building, and building, I found there was more importance to minecraft than just building. I found many servers that needed a lot of help, so I helped them. Most of the time, I was Head-Builder, Head-Administrator, Administrator, and most of the time, a high ranking situation. But that's not the point. I don't think the rank matters, as much as your job. Your responsibility is what you're supposed to be worried about, and you must do your job well, with a lot of experience coming with it, which I will discuss more about down below.
How long have you been playing Minecraft: Like I mention, ever since 2011. So when I was 10.
Have you ever played a RPG server?: I have played many RPG servers. And I have to say, they are very entertaining and exciting. Which is one of the reasons why I am applying.
What past Experience do you have as Staff on Servers: I have had so much experience as Staff on Servers. Due to my high quality experience, along with specialties most of the time I was ranked as a High-Tier Staff member. I never was demoted, but I left all the Servers. Reasons being either it wasn't a great environment for players and staff like me, or it was just coming to an end. So I retired and gave them a vote of thanks for their time. So, after about a few months, I figured it was time to crawl back and help support servers and build them up.
Are you currently staff on any other servers: I am currently Staff on two servers. I can give you the IPS through PM's if you would like.

How active will you be to the server: I will be very active due to the fact I have a free 3 months. And considering I have nothing to do, I will be turning my experience as staff, and my experience with plugins, to this server. And since server's are usually very busy, I will probably be on for 2 hours or more. However, every now and then I have something to do, so please do not discriminate if I am not on for 2 hours. Because remember, I have an outside life as well.

What Skills/Qualities Do You Have?: I am a very responsible and mature player who takes his job seriously. I know what the difference between right and wrong is and I am very cautious about the decisions I make. I also used to be a professional builder so I am always open to build something for the server. However, I haven't been Head-Builder or in a Build team for a bit over 6 months. So I may be a bit rusty, but I am still skillful at it. I am also always willing to lend a hand to both players and staff, and I am also very intelligent. I am not power hungry, for I just look at this rank equal to a player but just with a prefix and a few extra responsibilities and purposes.
Why Do You Want The Position?: I would like to be Administrator for the listing reasons, I am a non-abusive Staff member who takes his responsibilities seriously. I know what I am doing, and I make sure I am doing that job well, making sure every action I will do, is well though through. I am cautious about my decisions, and I make sure that they are the right ones, too. I am non-abusive, and I do not use my power's to abuse the responsibilities I am given, nor do I use them to the advantage of myself, or others. I know that abusing my power as a staff member is wrong, and I make sure that I use my permissions right. I do not look down upon players just because I'm a higher rank. Anyone who thinks that, should take their resume somewhere else. I look at it in this perspective. I am just another player with a different prefix and a few permissions, and responsibilities. I also have many talents, due to my experience of holding high-responsibilities throughout my past Minecraft years. I am capable of building professional buildings, due to my experience of Head-Builder on many servers, and I know many plugins well. Like PEX, Group manager, World edit, voxel sniper, and such. Reason being I am highly trained with those, because of the many server's I have been a high-ranking on. But, I am always lending a hand to both player's and staff. If a player has a question, or has something to report, I respond ASAP. And if a staff member has something he needs support with, I support him all the way, unless it's something he is restricted to do.
How Mature Are you?: If it was on a scale from 1-10, I would say I'm a 9 on the maturity level. Reason for that being, I am a focused hard worker that is respectful to everyone, from players, to Owner. I do not blame anyone for my mistakes, I am responsible, and I also think, before I make a decision. But, I'm not a 10 because I like to have fun every once in a while and enjoy myself with others.
What makes a good admin to you?: I am an interesting person, with lots of different traits when it comes to concerning personality. I know what I am doing, I am responsible, but I also love to have fun. I do different things very well, aside from Moderating, and such, but I also build well. I am respectful to all players, and staff, and I do not look down on players, but I simply see Administrator equal to a player, just with a prefix, and a few responsibilities. And you can discover the rest along the way. I also know the line between being nice, and spoiling players, unlike many. Well, I think being fair is alright. But spoiling players, is crossing the line for me by miles. Sometimes, you have to be fair in a few situations, (e.g. Killed by a Hacker) but if a player asks for a few items, I would immediately respond, "Sorry, that is against my regulations and I do not give out free items, due to un-fairity." Because that is. To me, that is abuse, and being un-fair to everyone. I am also very social. I do not ignore players, nor staff whatever the reason being unless it's a good one. I am not shy to interact with players, nor am I afraid to stand up to people for what I think is right. I am good at many things. I am good at using PEX, Group Manager, building, and configuring. I'll go into detail for every one of these. PEX: I've used PEX a great amount of times, so I'd say I'm experienced, and ready to go with that. I have helped a great amount of servers that use PEX with their problems, and so I'd say I'm set on that. Group Manager: This is a lot simpler then PEX, but the problems are a mastery of puzzles to solve. Although, I've finished that puzzle many times due to my many times of experience of using Group Manager. Building, Haha, I am well experienced with this. I have been apart of a few build teams in my days, and I'd say... well, I'm a professional with this. I take my time designing, and think outside the box. Configuring: Well, I'm no Dev. But I'm good at changing things through there, since I've done that a many amount of times.
