How open minded are you (Give us a rating 1 out of 10 and explain how): 8.5-9. I generally accept all ideas and am willing to accept when I am wrong. Even though I have experience and generally regard my ideas as great ones, I am always willing to take criticism and helpful criticism so that I am able to improve in the future.
Previous experiences: I have had several experiences in the past, but due to low funding or poor colleagues, the servers I have been staff on haven't worked out. I have been Co-Owner on 3 servers, Head-Admin on 1, and Admin on 2 (1 I'm on currently but it's going nowhere so...). I have acquired lots of experience in how to help manage a server well and efficiently throughout the years.
What can you provide to our server?: Unfortunately, I don't have money, so I can contribute anything on the financial side. But I can contribute hard work and determination as well as my skills (which I will list later in the appropriate section.). I will advertise so we can build a strong staff team and acquire many players.
Which position are you applying for? And why do you want that position to be taken by you?: Co-Owner, I am willing to start at Admin and prove myself and my dedication mentioned previously. I want this position to be taken by me because of my skills and for you to be assured that I can make the server the best possible.
Any skills that you have that may/will help us out?: Building, Permissions and Plugins. I sometimes can take a long time on a build, but only to be assured that it will work out for the best. I can really apply myself individually or in coordination with a build team to make a masterpiece. What I don't know in Permission and Plugins, I pick up quickly, and memorize without fail. I can configure many things and am quite adept at learning new code at a fast rate.
Why should we pick you: I can manage the server well with the skills mentioned above, and help create the best environment possible for players. I can handle stressful situations and pressure well. I am mature and really give thought in my work.
How are you different: I don't just help the server, I am the server. I invest in it, it becomes my only thought when I open minecraft. That's what makes me different, my determination and dedication for the server to succeed.
Could you pay if needed: Unfortunately not.
Will you be as dedicated as the owner? (Applies for Co-Owner): Yes, I will be extremely dedicated to this server ONLY.
Is there anything else you want to tell us?: Yes. Throughout the post I may have seemed arrogant or boasting, and sometimes may have held back because of this. I really just want to show that I am the staff for you.
In regards to swearing: Why would I? I won't. Period.
One Other important thing financially: I can't provide money, however, I willing to work completely free.
