If he does exist he is coded into the game, and not a glitch. So he's probably not real.

What were you doing at the time?
Also it may just have overheated and crashed fro[ being overused. Or from just something strange happening. I looked at the error and it didn't look 2 strange or maybe ur pc is to old for te graphics
