5) Experience: (Please don't lie) I hold moderator on 1 server currently, overall I've held all staff positions between Helper and Head Admin.
6) What will you do to help the server: (Detail) I'm decent at building, so can build a relatively basic spawn if needed, to the way you want or need it. I will never abuse my powers, and make sure anyone who has questions or needs help gets their answer or help.
7) Mature Scale (1-10): 7-8
8) What's Unique about you? (Explain 5 or more sentences) Despite my young age, I'm mature, smart, intelligent, and kind. I can bring a lot to the staff team, such as a different way of thinking, and have amateur experience using world edit, and a lot of experience with staffing. I'm really good around people in game, and will definitely make everyone feel as comfortable as possible. I'll do all that I can to help out, and I will be relatively active (At least a few hours a day almost every day). I get along well with everyone, and will never react first with hostility, and treat all players with more than the expected amount of respect, especially staff members.
9) Why should I pick you over someone else? (Explain 4 or more sentences) With my previous experience in staffing, I certainly know a lot about how to get the job done. I'll welcome/welcome back new or returning players, and I'll be the first one to deliver help or answers to problems wherever it is needed. I can provide a large amount of comfortability to players, and make sure that nobody hacks or uses illegal mods, and if they do that they are rightfuly punished. If anybody is verbally abusing another player, I will warn them once or twice and then mute them until a higher ranking staff member gets on and let them have the executive decision.

Moderating Experience: I've moderated many servers before, from Trial-Mod, to Helper-Mod (I've only seen that on one server), Mod, Chat Mod, and Head-Mod.
Prison Experience: Prison is by far my favorite minecraft server activity, with my second being factions. I'm not sure what it is about the prison experience that I find so enjoyable, but I love the simple idea of gathering resources to sell them and rank up with them, receiving better and better resources in mines as well as on the server as a whole. I've always wanted to hold a staff position on a prison server, although I've never been lucky enough to have been granted an opportunity.
Extra Information (not needed): My first name is Alex. I live in the EST time zone, and I've been playing minecraft for around 4 years (patch 1.2.5), although took a year long break in between. Currently, I hold the position of moderator on a very small server, and before I took a break, I was staff on around 5 servers total. On one, I started off as a moderator and got promoted all the way to Head-Admin before the server shut down. Another, I started as Admin and finished as Admin. I've held multiple staff positions on multiple servers, and have done a pretty good job at it. Despite my young age, I'm mature, intelligent, can take things serious, and know there's a time and place to joke around. Being a staff member has been the BEST experience I've ever had in minecraft. I will courteously welcome new players, and make them feel as comfortable as possible with the server and community. I will welcome back returning players, and if anyone has a problem or needs a question answered when I'm online, I'll help them as soon as possible, and to the best of my ability. Do you have any experience as a worker on another server? Yes. I have held all positions between Helper and Head-Admin (Those included) in my MC 'career'.

Have you ever been banned from a server? Nope

Why do you want to be apart of this server? I love helping out servers, and being a staff member is an amazing feeling for me. (Adding on to this in the additional info section)

If you see a player using profanity in chat what is your first reaction? To warn them, and if they don't comply after 2 more warnings, mute them temporarily until an Admin+ gets on and makes the 'executive' decision. 3 Strikes and you're out.

Anything else you want us to know? Despite my young age, I'm a rather mature, kind and intelligent person. I know when to be serious and when to joke around. I'll gladly welcome/welcome back any players to the server, and make sure they feel comfortable with the server and community. If anyone needs help while I'm online, I will help them as soon as possible, and to the best of my abilities. I like to think I'm decent with World Edit (if you have it), although I'm not very good at building w/o it. What am i applying for[Builder/Staff Team]: Staff Team
Why I want this Job: I've held staff positions on a handful of servers, although not recently, I still remember the experience. I loved even the thought of helping others out, helping and watching a server grow - it's just something I really enjoy, and although I may be young, I have a lot to bring to the table.
What can I offer/experience? I have held staff pretty much any staff position thinkable. I've been helper, head-helper, mod, senior-mod, admin, and senior-admin, although not in a while, and not all of them were on separate servers [I got promoted a handful of times]

Experience: I haven't been staff in a good while, as I took a break from MC for close to a year, but I have held Admin, Head admin, Moderator, and Head Moderator.

How are you different? To be honest, there isn't a really big difference between me and the next guy, besides my age. However, i may be more trustworthy and loyal then other people. I can also be serious when I want, but know how to have fun as well.
