Just going to say that you wont get a decent powered pc for the 250$ price mark, i mean you'd be skipping out on the basic things that make a modern PC usable these days, id recommend saving up a little more, and going with atleast 400$ You will notice a huge increase saving up
On any PC that i build, id recommend a simple;
- SSD ( 128 - 240 gb)
- nvidia gtx 760 (Quite decent for its price)
- and 4gb 1666mhz ram
for my budget servers
