Hard choice between 1 and 3, but I made my choice. Although I prefer the middle ground between them. Where the villain is defeated and there were prices to be paid, for sure; but, there is question about whether or not it was worth it because everything is like a hundred times better than they were before it all began.

These are all pretty good answers; but I have one last question. Why have underwater lights in the first place? It doesn't look like they need them, so why have them?

I don't mean to cause any strife, because I believe that in situations like this (where lore is so vague nothing has been officially written for all to see) each person is entitled to an opinion with none of them being inherently wrong or right. With that said, I would to ask a few questions just to see how you might explain them.

Well, how did these fishy creatures make the Dark Prismarine and more importantly, the Sea Lanterns? I can see how you might explain the Dark Prismarine through their constant killing of squids, but how did they make the Sea Lanterns?

Also, why hide the gold (or even have any at all)? Most creatures that possess treasure like to look upon their spoils, but the Guardians have it locked away. Why?

And why keep sponge? Sure, it might be wet now, but why keep it at all?

Finally, I find it a little odd that the Guardians are the only fish-like creature that doesn't require water to live.

I feel like the answer is in their name: Guardians. I believe that an ancient civilization built the Monuments long ago and made the Guardians to...well...guard them. I mean look at them, the Guardians appear to be made of the same material as the Monuments and we all know that it's definitely not for camouflage.

And if you take into consideration Mat Pat's Wither theory, it not only explains why they're built underwater and even why the Guardians are so aggressive.

I'm not going to say that I totally agree with everything they do. But, as someone who has a little understanding of and respect for the difficult of game development, I trust that Mojang is doing the right thing. Besides, they've been at it for ten years and the game has not "died" yet, so they're doing something right.

My names originates from the name of a fictional laboratory that I came up with for a series of stories I desire to make into games.

The insignia of the company is also crudely represented in my profile picture.

There are a number of "unknown source"s scattered around. Perhaps, there certain objects are calling up code that is in the mod but doesn't apply to them. This might cause Eclipse to think everything is in order; but it keeps calling code for something that doesn't apply to the situation.

What version of Minecraft did you use the code in before? Also, do you use a coding software that tells you where the errors are?

The only thing I see killing adventure maps is the community. Mojang has been making it easier to make maps and, when they added the voice line audio adjuster, they seem to encourage adventure maps. And this update will mess up maps from earlier versions; but, it's not like people tend to port maps to a newer that much anyway. If anything this update helps map makers, as Mojang is making the command system easier to use. Unfortunately, I've seen these encouragements for map makers wasted on "parkour" and "find the button" maps. Now, I don't have anything against those maps; but, they have dominated the attention of people. And because of how relatively simple it is to make these maps (if you don't count the aesthetics), they're a quick grab for popularity. As opposed to spending a lot more time writing, building, and coding an amazing adventure map with little notice in return.

P.S. Now this is merely my opinion, I don't want to stir up conflict.

Yes, all of my stories are connected and follow a linear path, starting with The Regnum Messoris 1 | The Inanimates.

It was the Static. You see, for as long as I can remember my mind has always tossed are fictional concepts. However, I never had a creative outlet, until now. When I came up with the Static, and shortly after the Clockworkers, I new I had to do something with them. So, I took a leap of faith and wrote a short story. Shortly after writing that story, I realized that it was crappy and, I decided to rewrite it. The product then became known as The Inanimates.
After a bit of time, I wanted to expand the Regnum Messoris, so I did. When I finished doing so, and to my surprise, I still wanted to do more. So, after redesigning the ASTRRLAP and grabbing/modifying some of my past characters, I started writing Mk. 2.

My advice, although it may not be the best advice, would be to look into Harry101UK's unused Tier 3 soundtrack, or the Portal Stories: Mel/VR soundtracks as both the games/mods and their respective soundtracks are free. Just apply proper credit to their origin; and, if possible, ask Harry himself if may use the tracks.
