Ok. Make a datapack that can have a configurable world height either through a command or a .json file, or through presets that can be downloaded one at a time if the previous option isn't possible.
The more items you carry the slower you are and the less items you carry the faster you are on the ground. Shulker boxes can be used to bypass this, or the future bundle in 1.18.
In one way or another, make a datapack that restores old combat by removing the cooldown timer and weapon speed, and balancing damage use for axes, swords, things of that nature.
It's gotta be 2011. This is about Minecraft not my favorite year for it, that would be 2012-2014 because of my memories with Pocket Edition and modding with 1.7.10 but for Minecraft itself..
2011 with Beta and the full release of the game probably gave the game the largest milestone. I really do like how they are keeping the game up to date though recently with it's huge updates.
Minecraft is better as a game at least. It's got a much more healthy community that Roblox could only dream of at this point. Roblox is hated now and doesn't follow community suggestions and craps out stupid updates that no one wants. At least in Minecraft Java edition you can go back and play legacy versions.
In Minecraft you don't need to learn a programming language to make something that people are going to love. Unless you're into JavaScript. I honestly hate seeing that Roblox logo in the picture, I really miss the old one it had character.
Pretty much all the Minecraft veterans use it. There used to be no brightness slider and it was set to moody by default, the slider took the challenge away from caves. >;(
