Can you config plugins and do permissions for ranks:
dev experience (0/10) : 9 (I've done permissions for alot of servers, solved their plugins' problems, configed their plugins and did the ranks as well as prefixes for them.)
And PS:
Accepting based on age is a wrong thing to do. Some 9 year olds are way more respectful than any full grown adult I know.
