Why you want this position: Because I want to assist with server management and help with building projects for more experience.
Why should I choose you for this position: Well, I'm a decent builder and I assist with any building projects. Aside from that, I could also help with running the server and keeping things in order. Being totally honest here, but even though I do consider myself "mature" I can't help but laugh at some of the stupidest things and you should choose me because I'm honest.
Experience: Well I've run a couple of servers just for me and my friends to play on and learned how to use some plugins (nothing too big). I've been a mod on a server which wasn't too great being that I was doing most of the work when the owner was just handing out admin positions. I also have built a couple of things here and there that I would consider to be good.
