Hi!, my names Sam and I figured I should make a post so yall can get to know what my project is about and what inspires me.


First and foremost I consider myself an artist/world builder. My art journey has evolved over the years, I started out painting, drawing and rendering with ink, I briefly sculpted for awhile as well. I craved something more interactive, something natural. I've always loved minecraft and the freedom it offers. My inspirations for my ongoing project is the likes of Tolkien as well as earth's natural beauty.


My world building project is called Mida Aeru and will be an assortment of maps and continents that are all canonically in the same world with a connected history.


My goal with these maps is to make beautiful landscapes for you to immerse yourself in and build your own story within my world. Hiraeth is the first of many maps to come and I hope you all can enjoy my works of art.
