Minecraft/Servers Builders Need For Spawn

Questions/concerns: I don't think that help building spawn for nothing in return is fair. Will I get admin or OP on the server?

Are you a good Builder? 7.5 (Not good with redstone, and good with world edit I do build HUGE things.)
Do you think you should get OP? I don't feel as its NEEDED, but if I'm given OP, it would be nice
Do you think your responsible? On a scale 1-10? I'd say 7
Why should I trust you as Admin or Mod? You should trust me because I'm staff on uberminecraft.com, and on a few other servers. I'm very mature, but I honestly, do not like to judge myself, nor others. I have siblings, of which I'm the oldest of, and as you imagine, I handle many of their problems, which is why I think I should be an admin, as I deal with problems pretty well (Scale 1-10: about a 8.5). I do not prioritize players, as I treat them the same, and don't spawn items in for them, I feel its unfair. If you feel as I do not deserve admin, thank you for you're time. Thank you.

Congratulations, I will not pM due to my Firefox liking to be retarded, but I will say, your all accepted. Skype is RECOMMENDED so the server grifers if you catch any I can ban them instead of IG chat where it clearly states that lol. I'm at skype @ ipod4000

What can you bring to my server? I can bring players, I do skyblock let's plays, suggestions to add and what not. Know a ton of people on skype, willing to do let's plays. No griefers, I don't tolerate griefing at all. As well I'm very mature, if my spelling is bad, I am decently new to this language, about a year . PM me for any other details.
How long can you be on a day? Depends on the day, but average about 2 hours, weekends I really don't know.
