I dont know what that voting thing is cause im new to this site lmao, but on bedrock edition, you arent able to get items with enchantments past the normally allowed amounts unless you use an external thing to edit the nbt, which I don't know much about. This includes with commands, the only item components you can add are what they can break, what they can be placed on, inventory locked, and keeping on death
