Why do you think we should choose YOU over others? (Explain in more detail):
Some people think that being a staff member is only rewarding for yourself. However, that is far from the truth. Although being a staff member means that I would have extra permissions and commands, that comes with responsibility. I will have the opportunity to assist the server, the players, and the other staff members in great ways. I will have the opportunity to help make this server into something so much greater than what it already it, and to server the members of this community, while still having fun on MineCraft.
Overall, being a staff member just means that other staff and players will be ensured that I can provide them with help that I'll want to and be able to provide.If I became a staff member, naturally players may look up to me. But that's not why I want to be a staff member, nor should I take advantage of that at all. To be a staff means to be a servant. To build, to create, to mediate, to assist, to cultivate creativity, and to love and help control the server.
Now. Why do I want to become a staff member anyways? First of all, I'm willing to help. I wouldn't be one of those people who puts an incredible amount of effort into attaining the staff position and then uses it for personal gain. I want to become a staff member so that I can help. I try to help other staff and players as much as I can, and it's good seeing the appreciation that they feel.I've been Co-Owner and Admin on a few servers, and I think that some of the things I learned from those experiences could really help. I can build pretty well, having built things such as mob arenas, castles, treehouses, giant trees, huge caverns, temples, lakes, rivers, cottages, stables, towers, pixel art, and much more. I'm not going to pretend that I'm perfect, because I'm really not. But I'm a quick learner. Also, I have knowledge of a LOT of the server plugins, such as iConomy, Multiverse, Towny, Factions, PEX, Punishmentals, Guilds, WorldEdit, Mobdisguise, VoxelSniper, and much more. I can utilise those plugins to create and enhance the server, and I can try and fix problems if needed.
If arguments or drama arise between players, I'll go and try to mediate and resolve the problem. I'll need to keep calm, focused, and do all that I can on the server. Also, I'm pretty good at writing lore and events and stuff, so I'd have no problem with doing stuff like that. I'm pretty flexible with ideas, and I've done a lot!
Really, I just want to keep growing on the server. I want to continue to help and grow this server, because in all honesty... It's a great idea. And I want to be a part of it in as many ways as I can. Overall though, I can do a lot of multitasking, so I think Admin would be a good spot for me.
