Why do you want to help our server? To be honest I am pretty bored of owners not contacting me back so i leave the server, I only ever leave a server on 2 circumstances:
A) Treating me like shit
B) No communication between head builders / owner
So this seems a pretty promising server that I could hopefully go into a partnership with and place the IP on my custom client that will have all the released Adventure Maps, Server, Partners, Sponsors etc.
What experience managing servers do you have? (Details) Minecraft servers, none really don't really go for that position as I don't have good communication skills unless about a certain subject that all parties are interested in. Virtual servers, I have basic server knowledge such as setup, connection, disconnecting etc.

Idk depends on what I am doing that day, I will devote all my spare time to this server instead of my own as I could do my server / client at school in IT when got no work to do.
What makes you different than other people? Nothing really.
Why can we trust you? No one can really trust anyone until they have worked with them for a while. So in reality you can't really trust me and I can't trust you until we have gotten to know each other a bit.
Are you good at working as a team and listening to instructions? (Explain) Well yes aslong as I get along with the people I work with, I am currently doing my work experience with my IT help desk and my teacher always get positive feedback from my "mentor". I do things such as clean computers, connect to the server, run .batch files, monitor server rooms, coffee/tea bitch and other small stuff and currently developing a small media website that will be hosted from their own servers for public use that I can constantly work on (not on the internet yes as I still configuring the forums, the media drop down and the username/password for everyone in the school and a application form for external people.
