Do you have any experience in this position, if so, where?
I have been Admin/Mod on three PvP/Towny Servers. On the first server, OmegasGamingMC, I was Mod and had 10-14 players on daily, and I helped multiple issues that they had on the server. I been on there for 3 months but then the server got shut down because of money issues. The second server, (I forgot the IP/Name of server) I was Admin on it and had 15-20 players on the server until on Discord some Admins/Head-Mods complained that the Owner and High Ranks were doing inappropriate stuff and so I went searching for evidence and I found gruesome evidence about that claim so I quitted that server with out any notice or resignation. And the third server, AgonyMC I was a Mod with 5-10 players daily on the server but then the Owner notified all the staff members that he had to shut down the server because of money issues.
Why should you be Mod on The OxterPVP Network?
I feel I could make a change to the server by helping it grow, and making all the players have a good experience on the server so they could spread the word of how great the server is and how great the staff is. I very watchful for hackers (thats my best thing to do), I can catch rule breakers and I follow every rule given to me. I can be respectful to all players bad or not, and if a player EVER needs help, just call me your loyal Mod, Agentcope.
How often can you be online and how long a day?
3-4 Hours / 5 Days a Week

I'm a 15 Year Old thats avid for Minecraft and the Outdoors. Middle School is stressful but I manage to get good grades.
