I was facing a similar situation some time ago and went around it through timed permissions such as the one below. It should work for your case (replace essentials.fly with whatever permissions you want, edit the group and the time).


pex group default timed add essentials.fly 3600

Ah ok, sorry didn't see that thread Apart from referencing you to the Spigot API, there isn't much more that I know. Good luck with finding what you need anyway.

Hey,

I don't know a lot about plugin development either, it's something I'm also hoping to learn. Considering the Bukkit API is out the windows, you should take a look at the Spigot API, you can get an overview of this here:

Secondly, if you have extremely little knowledge in the field, I recommend you taking a full Java course first. Programming plugins will come a lot easier to you if you have knowledge of Java as a language initially. I think this would be a better idea than going in with the sole intentions of learning how to make just plugins.

I didn't say anywhere that I find it 'hard'. I just don't have a lot of time on my hands. Considering I want it fairly customized, It would be better to get someone to help.

Although I somewhat agree with you guys. I do think social media and internet access can be a stress reliever in some cases too. I know it has provoked cyber bullying but I think for a lot of kids in school, after having heads in paper all day, homework after that and little fun time and independent decisions at that age, it's nice for them to sit back on social media for a couple of hours. However, it should be taken in doses and shouldn't take over someones life, because that's when things become unhealthy.
