That's a complete lie, my server rank has not changed in 3 months, that is the issue I have. If it changed I wouldn't have this problem. And if you had of even RESPONDED over a month and a half ago this would have NEVER escalated to this issue.
I seem to have struck a nerve. Thank you for letting me know. Go ahead and refund me like you claim you will if something isn't working. (you even admitted it wasn't working via email.) Go ahead and refund me the 3 months I have paid for service that hasn't worked.
If you refund people even when they don't like your service why is my refund so hard for you too complete. The moment I told you I had emailed you over a MONTH and a HALF ago you should have offered me a refund. That's how a REAL business works. Instead you made excuses about the threat about giving my server to griefing groups etc. That can be considered a DOS attack. Please bring it on. I'll have your ass in court so fast you won't have time to put your pants on in the morning.

Paypal doesn't provide ANY protection for the buyer of digital items. So no, Paypal isn't siding with you. Love the fact you think that. Shows how ignorant you are. Paypal sides with their TOS and AUP which states they do NOT cover digital goods. I will be contacting paypal via phone over this issue as your scamming people and they do not like scammers. Better transfer those funds from paypal quick lol.
Edit: I have just checked and FINALLY my server rank has changed, nice job doing that manually. Go ahead and refund me for the two months then that your service wasn't working and I'll call this over.. Otherwise I'll continue to plaster this all over the internet to let everyone know the exact kind of person you are.
