Mister_MarblesI found a craftbukkit.rar file online that is meant for 1.8 but I can't get it to work.
I just made a new map for 1.8 and this will basically just be a server for me and my friends to play around on.
Any ideas why this isn't working? I've had this problem before when trying to set up a server, I try logging in to localhost (i dont enter the 127 ip) and the running bukkit server disconnects. I don't have any plugins its a fresh bukkit install, everything is on the desktop. Also willing to downgrade the version if you guys think the 1.8 version I found is no good.

Before you tell me you want to be one, I need to know your age, what is your experiance with mods are, and your computer specs on your cpu, ram, and graphics card. I hope you guys like my server me and 2 others have been working our butts off to make it the best we can. after you message me and I think you up for the spot I will send you the link to all the mods and the forge my server is using.

ArchikairusHey guys, I have a quick question? When I set spawn, it works fine, as I have essentials, and the other plugins that I need. The problem is, it only appears to be facing north. I have spawn built, and I can't get the spawn point to face the other way, so when you type /spawn, you're facing the wrong way. Is there a way to make the characters face another way when you set /spawn, or are you only able to face one direction?
Dduro90So i downloaded MassiveCore and Factions and i uploaded them to my server. I even tried mcore sure its the same thing as MassiveCore but anyways i downloaded both of those. I currently have just MassiveCore and Factions but the Factions wont pop up in my plugins in the server. I cant use /f or any factions commands does anyone by any chance know what may be the problem?

I've purchased it twice to test and waiting over an hour. Nothing shows up in my inventory. Do I have to go somewhere to claim it in game or should it just spawn in my inventory?
I'm clearly doing something wrong :/

Prankster855My goal is to have many people on a server. Not just survive and piss other people off, but to work together and make colonies, teams, leagues. Basically, a Minecraft government. This isn't difficult to solve, it just requires a lot of tweaking of the game, and moderation. Making it as real as it can get, whilst still having mine craft apart of it. Theoretically there should be NO plugins what so ever. Just plugins for moderation, but things like killing everybody will resolve on a death penalty by the colony or group they're located in (Which is where I want to go for.) Yes I understand there are RPG servers, but it's all heavily modded and premade. This may still not make any sense what so ever, but who ever understands that's wonderful.

EDIT: Yes I did rush this, I just don't have time whilst making this.
zackdvais20382For some reason some of my admins and up have the permission to use /broadcast and use /manpromote but it is not in there or any other permission and they are not opped.
