I can help many people. I made the ranks on the last server when it wasnt prison server. It took me a while but it was worth it because everyone was happy! I can advertise and get some people. Not like 30 but like around 15-20 or 10-15 people.

Yes i know how to make prison ranks, it will take me a while to make all of them but it will be a bit hard for me because i have done it a while ago
