Minecraft/Servers How Do you Find Decent Staff?

The application is there normally to find out basic things and see if they really want to be staff.

You can start them off low and see if you trust them, maybe add them on skype. Having an actual conversation helps.

Personally I would use friends as staff because they are the most trustworthy. On our server we let the players apply for mod. Mod is one of the lowest ranks so they don't have much power.

nutter5454I dont know how hard it would be but I own a Harry Potter sever. Naturally.. Quidditch. I have a snowball re made using a resourcepack to look like the Quaffle. But I need someone who can re code Snowballs so they dont break and when collides with someone they get it. How hard would this be via making it into a small plugin?
