Classic's definitely still alive. Check out Scalacube's website and use their client. Pretty WoM like but includes custom texture ability and much more with the current compatible servers.

Looks fine for your first few tries, I wasn't much better, still not.

I'd suggest a few things though: Find a background image that isn't a strong, and of a color that compliments the text, vise versa. You can underlay an image behind a gradient to give it a more subtle appearance.

Might not be your style, but just a suggestion to make it cleaner.
As for the font, download some font style packs and find one you like, study the options for it and tweak it to your liking. Cheap, I know, but they're usually easy to make anyhow. Stark bevels can look bad, just depends on what the theme you're going for is. Try to make it as clean as possible, if that's with a subtle bevel around the edge, or a stark one that doesn't have *too* much reflection.

Really though, you should look up some photoshop font tutorials/etc. They'll enable you to do exactly what you want with a bit of practice. (They probably also show popular *trends*, if that's what you're going for)

If my beloved server died once again, If the community I've grown to know and love dissipated, there wouldn't be anything left. Building is fun, but there's only so much I can stand it without a cause. For whatever a Minecraft friend's worth, is enough to break me. It's a fragile existence I know, but I'll never regret it.

Out of everything in that update, hardened clay and carpet have been the most useful thing they've added for a builder o.o
I liked MC Classic because you could get two shades from every block. Clay brings that ability back, along with more shades of green and orange. Dun care for everything else though :C

It's not for everyone, but they've gotta please both sides of the community

LOIC and HOIC are Low Orbital Ion Cannon and High Orbital Ion Cannon, respectively.

To actually be used EFFECTIVELY you need a VERY powerful computer, but even then these are terrible for DDoS attacks. I doubt you know how to do it properly.

I know enough and if ddos doesn't work I can always use a rat on the pc I choose. By the way thoughive only ever testedthese programs on my mate's computers with their consent.


Not exactly that easy to just get a /rat/ on someone's box xD
You'll either have to find some sort of unpatched exploit (not like there's many easily compromisable ones around) or some 0day exploit (lolno). Though, if you're a good social engineer, getting a backdoor over shouldn't be too hard. Doing a few passes with shikata ga nai or something similar would be enough to hide from most antiviruses.. Still, totally not as easy as you made it sound, especially if the target has some sense. xD

_DioM_If I remember correctly, accounts have a unique number attached to them. Once someone is banned, it's that static number that gets the boot.

Either way, there's no way that Mojang would allow name changes to circumvent bans.

Yes but even with that and the name changes, you would be able to re-write local code to pickup somebody else's account id. Ie. KoolKid1 Changes name to KoolKid2. Then BannedKid1 Changes name to KoolKid1 and uses the old static number.


Unless you've got some middle man haxor system set up.. Which isn't that hard to block, faking an ID and having it validated with mc.net will be as hard as faking a regular username. Validating someone else's ID will be near impossible, unless there's a lingering 0-day exploit which will be patched quickly anyhow. Nicks won't be banned, only ID's ..

Well I mean, /We/ could do it but you'll have to join Aeries. It's possibly better as we've got MANY builds to draw reference from, and many builders to give advice/help. All else equal, I think it's a good shot/start.

Mine was when my server derped, and thousands of chunks were corrupted. It actually /scared/ me ._.
But it's all fine since we had a backup xD
