i did and i also took them out and downloaded them again and it still came through with the same report

i fixed it. i went to the folder it was directing me to, deleted it, went to the url it have me and downloaded the file and put it in the folder i just deleted the other file from and it works now! yay!

i dont have any mods. i usually run it by itself first to make sure it works
