I don't think it would really help your chances with posting this. (Not here to jugde, but tips who you can get a bit better at it.)
1. Get nice grammar. (Not saying that yours is bad, but kinda.)
2. Don't write what you are. "im a very.." For me it would be hard to trust someone then.
3. Just search for servers that need admins, and apply. And maybe, just maybe, you'll get it.
You don't have to follow these, but again, just tips.
