Why(175 Words)I would be a good admin because I'm trustworthy, loyal, and honest. I'm fair with problems and fights. I love to see things grow and progress, and would love to be a part of your staff. I look at life with a glass-half-full perspective, and I think that help me when I'm dealing with major issues. I think differently than most people do. Most people go one way, while I stop to admire the view, and go some other way. I don't really have anything else to say. Sorry

What would you do if there's a grief:I would help the victim rebuild or something, then I would hang around invisible to check and make sure they're not faking, or to see if it happens again. If able, I would check logs.
What would you do if someone is lying about getting diamond and someone stealing: I would see how long they've been playing, and if it's suspiciously short, I wouldn't give their diamond back. But I would stay around them to make sure it doesn't happen again. If they've been playing long enough to get legit diamonds, I would give them some other ores, like iron, so that I don't make it too easy, but their work is rewarded.
